1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gtag Mapping ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Gtag Mapping is a community platform for Gorilla Tag map creators and enthusiasts. The Platform provides video tutorials, a digital asset marketplace, community map sharing, social features including chat and direct messaging, and creator tools. Some features require a paid subscription or individual purchase.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access most features of the Platform. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including temporary or permanent bans at the discretion of our moderation team.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform, including assets, videos, maps, and other materials ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Gtag Mapping a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5. Marketplace & Purchases

The Platform allows creators to sell digital assets. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Creators receive 90% of each sale, with Gtag Mapping retaining 10% as a platform fee.

Subscription plans (Premium and Pro) are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, access to subscription benefits continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for subscription payments are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Community Guidelines

You agree to conduct yourself respectfully when using the Platform. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassment, bullying, or threatening other users
• Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Circumventing moderation actions or bans
• Using automated tools to scrape or access the Platform

Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gtag Mapping and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Gorilla Tag" is a trademark of Another Axiom. Gtag Mapping is a fan-made community platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Another Axiom.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gtag Mapping is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall Gtag Mapping be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
